Below is a step-by-step guide designed to help you find a past resident.
1. Login to your JIT BlueStar Property Manager account.
2. Go to the blue ribbon on top and click “Past Residents”. (If looking for a resident that has moved out or is past their scheduled move out date, look at the top of the “Current Resident” page)
3. Click on the name of the resident you are looking for and it should take you to their resident information page.
4. To begin final bill process, click on the small red truck next to the move out date.
